In the beginning of the speech, Shawn Achor describes his study of positive psychology with his interesting stories about his childhood . He found out some truth after many years' study. We are finding it's not necessarily the reality that shapes us.But the lens through which your brain views the world that shapes your reality. And if we can change the lens, not only can we change your happiness.We can change every single educational and business outcome at the same time.

The brain has a lot of skills. When you have a positive attitude,dopamine will enter your brain system.It has two roles: dopamine can not only make you more happy, it also can open all learning centers in the brain.Let you in a different way to adapt to the world.

Recently, A mountain gorilla's mother unfortunately killed by poachers in the virunga national park. A park administration Patrick Karabaranga comforted and accompanied with sad gorilla.
